Simple and Easy Butter Roast Chicken
Simple and easy way To Roast Whole Buttery Chicken.
THE Roast Chicken Recipe, I have found it. This awesome chicken recipe is for busy moms.  A roast chicken that your family will love is just within few minutes.

Ingredients:

1 chicken

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbs. paprika
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp dried crushed rosemary 
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional


  • Method:

    1. Place chicken in a roasting dish.
  • 2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring for a boil.
  • 3. Remove from heat and now pour over chicken.
  • 4. Now Bake chicken, uncovered, at 150C for 30-35 minutes, basting regularly.

Quinoa Salad Recipe


Here is quinoa salad recipe that is one of the best salad that Everyone loves. This healthy quinoa salad made with quinoa, chickpeas, cucumber and some other healthy ingredients.


 INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed in a fine-mesh colander
- A cup of water
- 1/4 Cups of chickpeas, rinsed and drained,
- 1/2 medium size cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fine chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oils
- 1 lemon;s juice
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- ground black pepper and salt according to your taste

INSTRUCTIONS: Put the water and quinoa in a saucepan. Boil the mixture over medium-high heat, Cook until the quinoa has absorbed all of water of pan. After 10 to 15 minutes, Remove from heat, cover it, and let the quinoa rest for 5-6 minutes.
In a big bowl, combine the cucumber, chickpeas, onion, bell pepper and parsley. Put aside.
In a small size bowl Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, , garlic and salt. Whisk until blended, then put aside.
Once the quinoa is almost cool, add it to your serving bowl, and drizzle the dressing on top. Toss it until the mixture is thoroughly combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

- Half onion
- 1 handfuls cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- Half ripe avocados

-1/2 cup Grilled Chicken breast
- 1/6 cup parsley
- 1 lemon's juice
- black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Some Black olives.

PUMPKIN PIE GREEN SMOOTHIE
I couldn’t believe how delicious PUMPKIN smoothie was at first sip. It makes the perfect fall for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or afternoon snack. The ingredients are really SO simple you likely have them in your pantry right now. Pumpkin purée is blended ripe banana, coconut milk, pumpkin pie spice and spinach!



INGREDIENTS: 
 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
 1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 Peeled banana
1 cup of young spinach
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup light coconut milk
1/2 water
2-4 ice cubes 


Instructions:


Add all the ingredients to blender and blend till creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
If you feel it is too thick than add coconut milk. Now, Taste it and adjust flavors as you wish.

For pumpkin flavor, add more pumpkin pie spice.
 For sweetness, add more banana or a bit more vanilla protein powder .
 Serve it immediately Because it is Best when fresh.
